We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. You will have 30 days from the order receipt date to return or exchange merchandise that has not been worn or damaged, and in its original packaging and box. You will be responsible in paying for the shipping cost of sending the returned or exchanged merchandise back to us. If the merchandize is an exchange, there will be another additional charge for shipping the product back to you.* In the event that you decide to return your order for partial or full refund, and the gross sales becomes less than $80, then a $6 shipping fee will be applied towards your refund.Ficcare does not provide LIFETIME WARRANTY on all hair and jewelry accessories. We are not responsible for wear and tear of the product.

After you place your order by 11:59pm PST USA, it will take 2-3 business days to process your order and we will ship immediately thereafter pending availability and credit card verification. A customer representative will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit card verification.

In the event that your ordered an item that is out of stock or sold out, we will notify you via e-mail immediately after you placed the order. Any changes will be reflected in your total order as well as your shipping confirmation via email.  On the website, when an item is sold out or unavailable, that item will no longer appear.  For all SOLD OUT items, you can contact us directly and we can inform you of the items' soonest available date.
